Vertical Turning Lathes
With tool changer, chip conveyor and splash guard cabin, our vertical lathes meet the modern requirements of production. Depending on your requirements, multi-axis machining is also possible for drilling and milling workpieces. The current top versions of the CNC controls from Siemens and Fanuc round off the good offer.
Horizontal Turning Lathes
The flat beds are designed as 2-lane, 3-lane or 4-lane beds depending on the stress and workpiece weights. The guideways can be flame-hardened as well as carbide strips, a solution with screwed-on carbide guideways is also possible. Depending on customer requirements, the machines can be equipped as CNC machines with Siemens 828 D, 840 DSL or, on request, with Fanuc controls. Conventional machines for simple machining are also available.
Additional Equipment
Whether for testing or clamping, as experts for machines, we offer our customers a wide range of special accessories. These include test fields, straightening plates and measuring plates as well as clamping cubes or clamping angles and clamping plates. We keep our accessories in various sizes in stock and also produce precisely according to customer specifications.
